Thinking my water heater needed replacement I contacted Pro Plumbing. We he arrived he found that the pilot light was not operating properly, a quick fix and no charges except service charge of $55. Saved over a thousand by hiring a honest plumbing company. Will call them again if or when in need of plumbing services

Pro Plumbing responded promptly to my inquiry phone call. They did a good job of explaining their ten-year water heater parts and labor warranty for their preferred (AO Smith) water heater. They were quick to arrange for an on-site job evaluation and job price, though I would have liked to have seen their warranty and liability insurance certification in writing. They arrived on time, were accurately knowlegable and informative and congenial with no sales pressure. After researching options and choosing Pro Plumbing, they expedited my job for the next day. Installation, upgrading for codes and securing the city inspection was excellent.

He was very professional, Customer service and price was excellent. He was prepared and worked overtime till everything was done all in one visit.

Immediate response to some miscellaneous plumbing repairs needed at a rental house. Coordinated appointment with the tenant, called once on site with an estimate, reasonable price and work completed in a timely manner, took payment over the phone, emailed invoice. Very easy to work with.

Thad Hedric was courteous and prompt. He repaired the leak quickly and made several trips from the upstairs of my house where the leak was, to the basement crawl space to the shut-off valve. (not an easy feat). $180 for a little over an hour's work may be the going rate for plumbers, it seemed high to me but I didn't have time to shop around with the water shut off to my house for 2 days and no plumber was returning my calls. I appreciated his courteous manner; my only complaint would be that I'm now left with a hoile in my sheet rock that I will have to pay someone else to fix.

They are the best and I will keep them as my plumber when I need something done . They are great and they said they will call back in 2 weeks to see if all is okay. great people and I would recommend them to every body. Thanks for a great job done.

Called before I logged off the internet--managed to get his man to the site that same day. Due to previous appointments, John arrived between 6:00 and 7:00pm. The job ended up requiring him to replace two galvanized pipes, and was more involved than any of us expected. He worked until after midnight, but finished the job. One part for the kitchen sink was not on the truck, but he was back the next day in the early afternoon to replace that. We were very satisfied and would recommend Pro Plumbing to others.

Pro Plumbing service tech, Johnny, came by and did an excellent job. He explained everything as he was working and when he finished he asked if there was anything else he could take care. He even offered to go around and do some spot checking here and there. I would recommend Pro Plumbing to all of my neighbors and friends.

I was having a lot of problems with my gas water heater and Mr. Thad was very knowledgeable of the system and knew right away what the problem was. He was very professional and is a very nice man. I would recommend Pro Plumbing to everyone.

Thad Hedrick was at my home within a few hours of my call. It was a Saturday, but there was no extra charge for that. He went beyond what I expected in performing the job and it was done quickly. His prices are reasonable too. Overall, I am very pleased with this company and would recommend it highly to others.

I had problem with washing machine hoses which was leaking very badly from my connective faucet. The water was cut off. The time was around 6:00 pm on a holiday week-end, Saturday. The plumber was contacted and he came around 2 hrs later. I was very pleased.

I received excellent service from Pro Plumbing. They were prompt, very knowledgeable and my job was done at a fair price. I received a call from Thad within five mins. after I requested info from Service Master (approx 6:00 pm) Johnny was here at 9:30 the next morning - exactly the time promised. He did an excellent job and cleaned up completely.

They arrived on time. Were friendly, professional, and respectful of not making a mess in the house. They did everything I had on the list and ran a final check before they left to make sure everything worked. They were outstanding !!

we were satisfied with the service but did not receive any kind of paperwork or warranty for the new sump pump that was installed. we called them to get the paperwork, but still have not received it. we also thought the price to pump the water out of the basement was way too high.
