Each person from Pro Plumbing was excellent to deal with (Thad, Anita and Johnny. They were prompt in returning our calls, helpful and knowledgeable when scheduling and on time. The work was professional and neat. We would recommend them to anyone seeking great plumbing service.

To prevent future issues with old sewer line to older home, I had it repaced - also had interior cast iron sewer lines replaced. Work resulted from sewage backflow into home. Main water line replaced. Johnny worked to get job done and water / sewer services back in service - long hours. I did have to call these guys back out when one of the lines replaced in the house was leaking (sewage). They were prompt in responding and fixing the problem. This did mean time from work - during this entire process. Will be calling for new issue related to heavy rains and leaks into basement at point of pipe replacement.

Pro Plumbing did a pretty good job with the installation of our new garden bath tub fixtures. For the sake of time it took, I would have preferred a more experienced technician BUT the technician that provided the service could not have been a better person and utimately the job was done right-the first time.. Though a little pricey, I will definitely use Pro Plumbing on my next project

Had to call out twice for same problem. Paid a lot of money for simple clogged toilet. Customer service was good. Help with my complaint when I called in. The technitians were nice.

The service person was very nice. He came when promised. He fixed two outside faucets, I though was extremely expensive. Couldn't afford to have the other work done that was needed due to the above price. Two other items needing attention were also priced very high. This company was the only recommendation so I wasn't able to get any other pricing, I would recommend to a friend but would let them know that the pricing seems to be a bit high. I know its difficult to get small jobs done. Thanks
