Wiork was Top Notch But Cost was seemingly Over the top Since I furnished 90% of the supplies and work was completed in approx Two Hours or slightly Over and I thought the cost would be the $19.95 Service call plus the "LABOR" and this would have the Plumber making way over One Hundred Dollars an hour. Which Is my only Complaint Seems the cost was excessive for the amount of time involved and I furnished the supplies Approx 90% at least Can you help me understand what the cost was for that was above the $19.95 Service call????? I realize Plumbers are not cheap, but, this seemed excessive. Can yiou help??? Plumber was very courteous

They miss charged me then later came back and asked me to pay what they missed. they did good work just the accounting lady needs some customer service training.

I had no water at 6pm on a Friday night. They were there in 30 minutes and worked in the dark until the job was done! Very professional and gave us several options. Also willing and able to fix another unrelated problem (that wasn't minor) while here! Freezing cold, dark, and wet... Didn't affect the quality of work at all! Absolutely wonderful from my first call to them! I'm loyal to them now!

When I e-mailed my "plumbing problem" to Servicemagic, within 5 minutes I received a phone call from Pro Plumbing Services. They were courteous and set up an appointment to come out that afternoon. Thad Hedrick, with Pro Plumbing Services, came out to fix the issues with my upstairs toilet. He was professional and friendly. He replaced the toilet quickly and it's worked perfectly ever since. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The only problem is that i can not give them a rate higher than five. Great service. Walked us through the entire process offering us options along the way. Johnny was polite and professional. Came on time for a very reasonable price. Fantastic.

Did what they said in a timely manner. Found an old problem that other plumbers had missed and fixed same.
