Looked on service magic and within a few min both Anita and Thad had called (on a Sunday). I decided to wait until Monday as it was not an extreme emergency. Johnny came out on Monday and did excellent work! He even found where the builder of my home didn't properly insulate some pipes (which explains why the water froze a couple years ago) and fixed with insulation we provided (I'm sure this saved us down the road a lot of problems/headaches). Considering all the work he did it was very quick! Gave us a correct quote before any work was done. I'll be keeping their # close by (even though I don't want any more problems) :) GREAT WORK!!!!

Was great. Replaced the drain from my kitchen sink to the sewer. replaced an old, rusty iron pipe in a dirty crawl space in about 2 hours, and was so quiet he didn't wake the babies.

This service cost a little more than anticipated but was worth it. He checked water pressure and other things which resolved several problems at the house.

They were quick to respond, communicated well, came on time and the service man was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were extremely reasonable. We couldn't have been happier with this experience.

They were a little higher in the quotes, but their work was top notch, and they did not charge for the little extras that most plumbers would have. I went with them because they seemed to know more than the competing quotes, and the price difference seemed worth the added benefit. They are very fast (same day), friendly, and professional.

Selecting Pro Plumbing Services, LLC was an excellent choice. I am so pleased with the service that I would recommend them to anyone that would ask. My experience has been just wonderful. I changed out a gas hot water heater that was leaking and for personal reasons had an electric one put in. Pro Plumbing got the proper permits and inspections for me and at my request put me in touch with an electrical company who also did a wonderful job.

Johnny Young came in to fix my water heater that had clogged pipes. A previous plumber told me the entire thing needed to be torn out in order to replace it so I might as well go ahead and replace the water heater as well. Johnny looked at it and said he could easily replace the pipes and put in a better carbon-buildup resistant part to help prevent this from happening again. It wound up costing me about $800 less than what the other plumber suggested. Work was done in two hours and the cost was extremely reasonable.

The service professional was great! He was on time and provided great customer service and excellent work. I would hire him again if needed.
