Very satisfied with this company & the plumber who fixed our problem efficiently & with excellent customer service skills.

Upstairs AC unit was not working. Set them up to come out. Customer service was great keeping me informed about when the service man would be here. They came out and tried to fix it but they did not do a good job. The unit was still not working. Called them back and they came right out, found the issue the last person missed and fixed it at no additional charge. Very friendly and made sure they were here right away to make sure they got it right. Even though there was a mishap, I will still definitely use again due to how good they were to make up for a mistake that anyone can make sometimes.

We got very good service and the plumbing is working great. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Travis was wonderful! He came out on a Sunday to clear a blockage all the way to the street and installed a cleanout. He even took the initiative to call the city to have them finish the job on their side of the street. They will definitely be the plumbers I call first from now on.

They responded to our problem immediately. Very professional and did great work.

The service pro was very knowledgeable and nice. He explained all the different options I had to fix the water heater. As past reviews - they are a little pricey. Once they are there - its hard not to say no because you just want the issue fixed. Would possible need first time discounts or using HomeAdvisor discount may be nice.

We did have a clog that needed to be released. Prices apparently based on timing required/estimated to perform the job. Overall price was much too expensive in my opinion. Reminded me of having auto work completed where the repair part was miniscule compared to the manpower costs. There were no parts required for this job. Worker was very pleasant and courteous. But, again, the overall costs for a little over 1 hours work were a lot more than expected!

Estimates for this and two other projects were what I would call a bit to high.

I generally prefer an estimate with a breakdown of materials and labor. They offered only a fixed price option. I needed a disposal replacement also but their fixed discrete pricing prevented me from preforming that at the same time - there should have been significant labor saving by doing both at the same time. Technician was very pleasant and competent. Call from the company was received within one minute of my entering the Home Advisor information/request on the computer and the work was performed that day.

He did a great job very pleasant. Work it with in the time frame.

Excellent, rapid response for an emergent problem. Water heater had been leaking all over garage floor in middle of night. They responded to E-mail sent at 0430 at 0730 that morning and had a man on site from 20 miles away in less than 1 hour. He had the replacement heater brought in from Greensboro and the work was completed by 1400. Quality work professionally done. A little pricey compared to most but the service response made up for it.

Very quick to respond. Took care of my issue professionally, quickly, and completely. If I have further issues, I will be sure to call them.

He rebuilt my kitchen faucet to it was turning off.

I was very disappointed. I thought that they were going to replace the pipes. They only repaired the pipe and charged me more than five times the amount I was charged by another company for the same type of repair. Unfortunately, by the time I realized that they had only repaired it for that price the work was completed. They told me it would be twice the amount they charged, if they replaced the pipe. I FEEL VERY CHEATED!
