We hired this company for new outlets to be installed, new light fixtures, and for our kitchen remodel electrical installation. We signed in June 2020 and paid for the work in full by July (over $4,000). As of late November, the work still is not completed. I should mention that a portion of the work was dependent on some renovations being completed but very little progress was made on the items that were not, and now, months have gone by and it still is not done and now our renovations are done. So there is lots of work to be done that can finally be done and the electrician has only shown up one time since the renovations were completed. I feel like I have been patient long enough. The electrician has no-showed on the days scheduled on multiple occasions. I lost count, it has been at least 3 times maybe more. Progress is very slow. I have no confidence that our project will be completed anytime soon and zero confidence that the electrician will actually show up. I just want the work done at this point and to move on. It has been frustrating. Would not recommend it, I regret going with this company. At least when they do show up and do work, the work is done correctly.

Quick efficient repair

Very professional and I believe competitive in price. Gave us options for long term vs. short term fixes and costs for each. Diligently searched for leak before bringing in specialist trying to save us money.

cost was several hundred more than what home advisor said i would get it done for after becoming a member showed me getting a 20% discount thru home advisor but not the case

Austin was very nice, and prompt. He diagnosed the problem fast and gave a detailed explanation of why the water heater was not working. He gave more than one option on getting it back up and running. Our Business Recommends these guys for no nonsense help when you need it.

Instead of 1 man, sent two, I have not seen a bill! Why two men? $45 for service charge, 25-30 min work, the bill was $189.

The system was installed on July 10, 2020. Today is October 22, 2020. I have reported the smell of gas. The city inspector did not pass the work, the inspection failed. As of today, the corrections have not been completed. I am very disappointed with this service. It is now three months out and a $15,000 system is not installed completely nor passed the city inspection!!!!!

They scheduled a time to come provide an estimate which would cost $45, so I took a half-day off work only to get called back a second time from them on that day saying they were not going to make it in to reschedule for Monday. I wasted a whole half-day of work that I cannot get back because of their poor service.
