After my contact with Home Advisor, Pro Plumbing contacted me, we agreed on a time for them to come see what my water heater problem was. Michael Dixon came to our house, was very helpful explaining what he saw as our problem and what our options were. Michael answered all our questions, went over all our options and was very helpful in us making a satisfactory decision. On my experience, I highly recommend Pro Plumbing and Michael Dixon, they did a great job for us.

I was very pleased with the job of replacing my water main from the meter to the house. I thought the cost was high, but very pleased with the work. First time using Home Advisor and turned out to be a great experience . They were real professional from start to finish. I knew the cost and what was going to be done before they started. And they did a great job cleaning up behind themselfs. Hope I don't need them again, but if something happens, I know they will make it right.

Brandon was prompt, very personable, very knowledgeable, and very professional. We had four sink cartridges replaced and a faucet switched (hot cold) which my husband had put on bass ackwards. He gave us all the information on the company's service plans and estimates for two plumbing jobs we are considering. We definitely will call him back for our plumbing needs!
