This company offers a one (1) year warranty on the work performed. They are extremely prompt, not only on first contact or estimate submission, but also when beginning the repair and working it through until completion. There was no mess left for me to clean; as a matter of fact, had I not known, I would never have guessed that any repair work had been undertaken by anyone, much less a p!umbing contractor! They were very thorough during their initial inspection prior to performing any work, and provided a well detailed explanation of future concerns and possible areas needing attention thereto. They were very personable and had a professionally down-to-earth demeanor. I plan on using this company as my "Go-To" Plumber for all future plumbing repairs and plumbing maintenance. They showed up early the next day, after I called Pro Plumbing! They also called to see if it would be okay if they came early. The well pump was replaced the same day, and we we're so glad to get our water back!!

$225 just to replace a seal on a toilet?????? 20 minutes worth of work? I realize that I didn't have to accept the estimate, but give me a break!

Good experience

We did not really have to fix the water main. Josh Hill did some further checking and decided we did have a water leak but it was not in the main water line. He finally found it in the water softener. The leak was not showing up in that water was leaking in the equipment and flowing right into a drain that ran to the sewer line. Frankly, I would never have found it. Josh stayed with the search until he found the problem. I am really thankful for his diligence and that he did not immediately dig up my front yard. It would have done no good.
