The servicemen actually broke something while making the repair, called it in to the actual company , Cantor they were working with and let them know they were going to correct the situation which they did.

The plumber was great; very personable. The fact that his company or Home Asvisor would charge someone $795 to simply install a hot water heater is ridiculous! We called another local plumber and got it done for $250.

Very pleasant and responsive. My only complaint is that I found a leaking outside faucet as I was going out of town. High marks for everything except price....$310. I had asimilar faucet replaced a few years back for under $100. Would have gotten other quotes if I had been in town. Suggest shopping others prices.

They very good at the work and knew exacting what my problem was without doing any trouble shooting . What I like he did give a few ways I could go and I decided to go with a new one . But I think the price was very high for replacing a faucet with took about 20 minutes my wife said but we just happy not have running water under our kitchen sink.

They did not keep their word on a follow up appointment. Had to wait over the weekend for the repair which was scheduled on Friday.
