Guess I am lucky to hire a PRO PLUMBING repairman to correct the freeze-less wall faucet problem. I was pleased with his neat job.

Where do I start? Contacted Home Advisor @10:30 on Sunday night. Got a call Monday morning (Memorial Day) at 8:00 A.M. Had a tech there by 9:00 A.M and it was not an emergency. I bought an old house and did not begin to know what was needed. The tech (Lou) was so helpful in explaining options and costs. Also, I was looking for quotes on a heat pump and they were able to have someone there for that also the same day. Got a quote that was several thousand dollars cheaper than another company. Also, the work was able to be scheduled for later the same week. Josh, the HVAC tech was knowledgeable and provided several options also. Both guys were super helpful and professional. So, so happy! Amazingly the fee to come out is only $19.95! I thought that was shocking, I expected to pay at least $40.00. I would recommend them to everyone and use them for everything from now on. Ask for Lou for plumbing and Josh for HVAC. Good job, guys!

Their plumber his name is Louis,was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of advice.Louis will be our "new guy"for sure.In our case he brought to our attention serious conditions under our home that are non related to plumbing but felt it was important for us to know.Louis also took a few minutes to go over safety shut off procedures that a homeowner should know.This company as a whole is a good business to deal with.
