The technician was personable, professional and thorough. I assumed there was a drain line breakage when I called and was greatly relieved to learn it was not. I was most surprised at the amount I was charged. I can't remember when I paid so little for a service call. Even though the solution to my plumbing problem turned out to be simple, he spent over an hour making a thorough investigation. I would have expected to pay considerably more. Additionally, I feel this company is trustworthy as I could easily have been sold a service (camera locate) that I requested, but thankfully didn't need - how refreshing! I most certainly will call this company again should I experience a plumbing need.

The person at the office was very nice and friendly. She set the appointment right away. The technician was great. The problem was worse than expected. We had a bad foot valve down in the well, so the whole system had to be pulled and replaced. Excellent job!

We initially contacted Pro Plumbing, Heating and Air about a broken drain pipe in our kitchen wall. They were on time, and very professional and knowledgeable. Because of this we had them look at a few other minor concerns we had with our plumbing system. They were able to fix all of our issues in a very neat and timely manner. We will definitely be using them to install plumbing and heating and air systems when we build our new house in the next couple years. Thank you guys!!

The tech that was sent out did a great job of explaining what my options were. He didn't try and up sale me anything but did work with me to make the most of my repairs. He was professional and did a great job. I would recommend this company and I plan to use them again in the future.

First time user of Hme Advisors. Had to call morning of appointment, as no one had arrived by promised time. Technician was very polite & efficient. COST OF $166 FOR FIVE MINUTES WORK TO TIGHTEN FAUCET TOO HIGH!!!! Will not use Hime Advisors again!

Waaay Overpriced. How do I know? This company looks over your entire house (a rental property)as a "service" to identify problems and of course offer to repair them while they are there, pre-emptively it seems! Think unscrupulous auto repair mechanics before there was computer diagnostics! Very clever ploy. After technician urged me to replace water pressure gauge and water heater (for $2900+) while simply there to clear a clogged bathroom sink drain ($350+!), I called 2 other plumbers listed on Home Advisor who told me before replacing the pressure gauge, he should just turn it down from 100 to see if it really needed replacing, and if needed, the cost for that would be a fraction of what he charged me ($325+). Each said replacing a 50 gal water heater @ $2200+ was waaay out of line. Unfortunately, since he was at the house and I was already in for $45 service call, I told him to go ahead and fix the drain and AFTERWARDS to replace the water pressure gauge, it was then I made other calls. Within 15 min I called the dispatcher to tell him NOT to replace the water pressure gauge but he said he had already done it. He did the job out of sequence. You see, I told him I thought all his pricing was out of line and was going to research water heater (and pressure gauge) replacement costs as soon as I got off the phone, so he did that first. The dispatcher acknowledged they charge more...for, and that they needed to earn money to feed their families. Oh, like I don't have the same need? Lol. Use someone else for a more reasonable price so you can feed your family, too. Obviously, not all recommended by Home Advisiors are good recommendations. I wonder if those who gave this company 5 stars realized they could have had the same quality job completed for much less.

The technician was very knowledgeable and very thorough in making sure everything was top notch before leaving. Very cognizant of our floors and entered premises with booties on. Friendly disposition and answered our inquiries. I would highly recommend this service. The billing is expensive; but again, you get what you pay for and I want to make sure it is done properly the 1st time to avoid any problems down the years. Thanks again for being such a wonderful service!

We were having trouble with our air conditioning and they came out and said that our best bet was to get a new unit. We knew it was old so we decided to go ahead and get a new one. They offered us three options and let us pick. They also offered interest free financing for 18 months. Everyone has been very nice but they still haven't finished the job. Part of the work did not pass inspection and after several weeks, we are still waiting for them to return. They said they were going to take care of uneven cooling as part of the project costs but that still hasn't been done. They also left some supplies here after they left. Also, the unit stopped working after about a week. They came to fix it but we had to wait a day or two for a part. The strange thing is that they explained that there was a history of problems with this part but that once it was replaced, there would be no more issues. So... if there is a history of a problem with that part, why would you not carry extras of that part? The unit itself has been great since it was repaired. The follow-up by the company has not been good at all. I know it's the busiest time of the year for them and at least we have air conditioning while we wait but it still sure would be nice to have done what was promised.
