Extremely good and timely service was provided by Pro Plumbing. I am keeping their phone number for future requirements and neighbor/friends recommendations!!!

They came out on a Monday but because of the expense I had to schedule the work for Friday, a payday for me. They offered to accept a post dated check and get the job done that day instead so that we would not be without the washer/dryer and downstairs bathroom for another week. I appreciated the offer greatly.

Josh was very helpful & professional. In addition to my water heater, he replaced a frozen outside faucet.

They were super helpful and when I had an emergency with my water heater leaking everywhere, they got someone out as soon as they could within 1.5 after I made contact. Andrew explained the options I had and other things that are important to saving $ and preserving the life of my water heater. While I didn't replace my heater today, he priced one and let me know they had ways to set up a payment plan.

I have been in my home almost 30 years this was the most comfortable experienced, yet. Josh was always informing me of what was going to happen, he was in my home for four days, when I would forget which room it is safe to use he never seen aggravated. Price? Having technician in your home for about thirty years, it is the first time I was comfortable with he and the other tech PRICELESS! Highly recommend this group for their neatness, punctuality, communication skills and the job was completed on time even with the snow.

Even though I was not planning to replace water heater, code requirements that involved adding an expansion tank and a pipe barrier as well as the age of the water heater swayed me to go with heater replacement. The original problem was a leaking relief valve. I was given options that did not involve heater replacement.
