From the beginning to end I was very pleased with Pro Plumbing and now am enjoying good air conditioning.

I bought a new gas drier for $750 from Lowes and when the fellow from Pro Plumbing came out to replace the old gas drier with the new one he originally quoted me $550 to install it but later agreed to come off this price and do the job for $296.00. I was shocked at both prices as I already had the gas hook up for the old drier so it should not have cost more than about $150.00. This company obviously is not set up to do small jobs like this so I would never use them for any small job and I suspect they are off the grid on large jobs too.

The only problem we had was the first person who came to fix our plumbing issue tried to charge us an enormous amount for a parts that.cost $26 at Lowes. We reported this to the a manager and he sent someone else out at no charge. Good outcome.

Overall, a good experience, but delivered the wrong heater, and had to return to correct a leak at elbow. the Bradford White water heater works well, hope it lasts a long time.

Just fantastic is all I will say. Very professional. Arrived on time. Can't even tell he did work on my wall. Took his time to make genuine suggestions on placement and what would work best for our home. Glad that I went with this company because they matched us with an outstanding man. I look forward to him coming back and doing our doorbell when we are ready!!!
