Roger was professional, experienced, as he was able to fix an OLD outdoor faucet. The most important thing that he did was explain what he was doing to this nosy old and curious gal. Roger was very kind and considerate as well as very skilled in his trade. Any one who hires PRO Plumbing MUST ask for Roger ZHendrick!

I have no complaints, guy was excellent, very nice, very friendly. He explained the project to me before he began the work. The only thing I didn't like was that he charged me an additional fee to do the estimate and I felt like that fee should have been incorporated in the total cost instead of added on to the total cost.

The plumber was Josh. He was very cooperative & did an excellent replacement of a sump pump. I asked about new toilets, and he said he had 2 on the truck. He replaced both toilets. I would certainly call them again.
