I paid BEFORE the work was done. Job was to fix 2 toilets. They fixd one but not the other, yet I got no refund. I paid $246 to fix ONE TOILET. I could have bought new. When I requested a refund for the toilet not fixed, they told me they were meeting and woukd discuss it.....NOTHING. What a rip-off.
