Service Technician arrived in a box truck that was a repair shop on wheels fully stocked with plumbing parts.

Steven was fast and efficient. Thought the price was a little high for the work done but it was reviewed with me before starting and I agreed.

2 parts out of 5 need to be replaced. Colors/finish did not match. Installation was great - just need 2 parts replaced.

Part of the service was to inspect the plumbing in the entire house. The plumber recommended a new water heater and sanitation treatment, which I did not need. He was at the house for over 2 hrs, when all I really wanted was the drain in the master bath cleared. Additionally, he tore up the edge of our lawn by bacing his truck into it.

Thought it was pricey, but being it was the weekend and the problem got fixed outweighed the cost.

Pro Plumbing took advantage of my wife and way overcharged her for repairing a leaking pipe. Charged almost $1500 when it should have been more like $250 according to the next plumber we used. Be careful.

A bit pricier than I expected, but definitely quality work and super nice guy.

They were knowledgeable and professional, just a little high charge for putting a temporary sump pump in that pumped all night but didn't discharge much water. Bought a stronger one myself and had water pumped out in couple of hours.

Very thorough in rebuilding my toilet - didn't take more than two hours to inspect all of my water fixtures, identify the source of my leak, and do a full repair. Definitely efficient and effective!

Very professional and courteous. The company also sends an email prior to the appointment with a picture of the technician and lets you know that they are background checked, all techs are badged so you know who they are and that they work for the company. Very secure and the technician I had, Andrew, did a great job. Would hire them again for any plumbing and HVAC needs.
