The tech was great,didn't make a mess and explained what the problem was so that I could understand.

Josh was very courteous and professional with his work. The quality of the work was exceptional. The work required moving the Washer & Dryer upstairs from the basement and running the appropriate plumbing and electrical. Installed two flange(s) under both toilets (due to having laminate floors installed two years ago). Josh thought through the logistics and completed the work in a few days. they came on the day I called to find the problem. I needed a new furnace so they ordered one to come the next day. it came but was the wrong one so didn't get fixed. had to wait several days later for right one to come in. soon as it did they jumped on getting it installed. it works fine but it was rough trying to stay warm in 9-20 degrees. and so- I am very pleased with Pro and their work- just miffed at the warehouse for sending wrong furnace in first place. NOT Pro's fault but I think I should have gotten a little rebate from warehouse or at least a note of "we're sorry you had to wait and be so cold because of our mistake". and that is my thoughts-just saying. but Pro is great! would recommend!

It's 10 degrees outside and Josh assessed the situation and recommended what should be done to ensure I didn't have a leak inside my garage from the outside faucet. I agreed and he gave me an estimate for my approval. Work done in an efficient manner with verbal progress along the way. Job well done.

A little expensive, but wonderful service. The service tech was professional, gave me 6 different options, and I had them do the minimum to fix the problem. Will have them do the rest of the optional work after the New Year. They were wonderful!

The tech arrived after two days of cancellations. He wanted $169.00 to do a 15 minute job. We had other quotes of $60.00 from two other plumbing firms. We tried to negotiate with him, as his original price was $189.00 to install our part in a faucet. It was obsurd pricing. That was with his service charge waived due to cancellations! PRICEY

They were great to explain the multiple options I had in the repair, whether it be replacing the entire unit or just the flapper to the toilet, which I did.

Customer service gave me great response time for visit. The tech arrived on time and serviced equipment quietly and efficiently. Provided information on other products as requested. Seemed quite knowledgeable and accommodated me responding to other questions concerning heat pumps that I was interested in. Also provided information on water heaters solutions. All in all an excellent experience.

Josh was great, he was professional, courteous and trust worthy. The very 1st day I met him I felt comfortable giving him the key to my home to let him come in when I wasn’t there. He gave us several options for the leak we had under our cement slabs. Would definitely call them again.
