Plumber was very knowledgeable and really nice! He told me what the problem was before I fully explained it to him. He told me exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Very fast service too!

Technician worked methodically not rushing thru the job but seemed worried about doing his best job. Job was done well, all work tested and all work areas cleaned up. I liked working with Pro Plumbing and will use them again.

My only complaint was that there was some miscommunication with the scheduler and myself. The work performed was excellent.

Very expensive. Ended up costing over $300.00 per hour. Shower handles are reversed. Cold water-hot faucet handle, hot water-cold facet handle. Do not recommend.

Plumber that came out was really awesome.

There is a reason they have so many positive reviews. My water heater went out. I called them and within 20 minutes Josh was in my home. He spent 3 hours diagnosing the problem and walking my wife and I through our options. We chose to install a brand new water heater. Josh showed up at 8:00 AM to start the job. He did a fantastic, professional job. We would highly recommend this business.

well very nice plumber but didn't put price of each part on invoice just gave a price without proving what the cost of each item or work done was but charged 504.02 dollars i have no way of knowing the price of what was done exceot for what he said it cost

Great company to work with. They gave good advice for future problems regarding sewer back up. Great customer service. They were able to come out the same day I called.

Pro Plumbing and heating provided same day service, I was in dire need because the heat pump was not working and it was cold. The technician was there within an hour, was polite, knowledgeable, professional and knew what he was doing. He detected the problem right away and the problem was resolved within an hour, and he did not try to tell me I needed a new heat pump, even though the one I have is old. He fixed it and it works fine now....

We submitted a form online with HomeAdvisor for an immediate need for a plumber to replace our water heater, Pro Plumbing called us 20 minutes later and set up an appt!! They were on time, professional, respectful of our home, did quality work and explained why our old water heater failed. Would highly recommend and will call them again for any plumbing issues that may arise.

Josh went above and beyond to make me very happy with the decision to hire this company. I will have them back to do other jobs for me.

Water heater failed. Needed to have it done right away. Their price was around the same ballpark as the other quotes. They came prepared with a water heater. The others did not. Since they had one and could do the job right away, they got my business. Nice young man and he did a very nice job.

At this time, I can only speak to the Service rep and the Service call. I asked for a quote to replace PB water supply piping. The dispatcher/scheduler set me up and delivered as promised. Kaleb came out, did a thorough inspection of the property, and provided three quotes for different stages of work, from just replacing a main header to replacing the plumbing inside the entire house. I appreciate the options provided. Kaleb took his time and explained the process, along with showing me examples of the supply line product and describing the charcoal filter installation. He did a nice, thorough job. If I have any concerns, it would be cost related, but I don't yet have a comparison quote to compare against. They do charge a Service Call fee of $45 for the estimate, which is reasonable since they are based out of Greensboro and the tech has to drive his full-service truck to the job site and invest an hour of his time, not knowing if you will award him the job. The dispatcher made me aware of the charge, so they were very upfront about the whole procedure. If I find their estimates to be reasonable compared to other local plumbers, their service will weigh heavily in their favor when I decide which company to hire. My options will cost between $4,000 and $14,000 for the job, so I am asking for three different companies to bid the job.

They were prompt and professional and very knowledgable about their products. I would recommend them to friends and family.
