They were terrible. Never use them again. Way over priced. Took all day for a 2 hour job.

I found this company on Home Advisor originally in 2014. This job was completed timely and professional. The pro, Mr. Raines,took the time to explain what was needed, and provided several options. He left the work area clean. I purchased the company's service agreement for a year based on this great job. Would not hesitate to use this company again!

To my surprise, Josh called and arrived on a Sunday afternoon even though I thought I would have to wait until a weekday. He quickly identified the unusual sound my plumbing was making and professionally fixed it - at a reasonable cost.

Did not call back when they said they would was kept in limbo waiting for them other than that when they did come everything was done ok.

Service tech was exceptional and knows his business. However, its hard to justify $300 per hour. 4 hours of being onsite. Very expensive in my book. But the issues are resolved. I'd get a couple of more estimates if I needed a plumber again.

I am still trying to get the photos from the repairs. The repairman was excellent and everyone has been very good to deal with except the final photos needed.

Service was scheduled for 200 but didnt show up until about 530. Once here repair man was very nice and courteous. Most of all he was honest and did what he could to take care of our air conditioner within the budget we had set. I have found a new company for all my heating and air needs.
