This company installed a gas line for the installation of a gas range. I was advised and the price included, that an inspection would be done after the gas line was installed. The gas line has been installed for more than 9 days, I have left several messages, and spoke with the owner and the son about the inspection and as of today, still no one has returned my subsequent calls. I hope and pray my house won’t blow up, due to their failure to follow up.

Contacted Pro Plumbing Heating and Air through Home Advisor on a Sunday. They called Monday morning and were at work by 10:00 AM. Roger Kendrick did a review of all our plumbing and discovered the inlet water re-stricter was allowing 20 lbs too much water pressure. Fixed toilet and replaced old whole house water shut-off and installed new pressure reducer. Roger was professional, focused and very personable. This was my first experience with Pro Plumbing Heating and Air. It won't be my last.

Not only was I rescheduled on 5 TIMES which I had to leave work early for TWICE because I didn’t want to inconvenience them and not only do I feel like they were extremely overpriced, $1200.00 for something that took less than 2 hours, but to top it all off, their technician broke a light bulb in my basement and did not tell me. I found out the next night when I couldn’t turn on the light when I went downstairs and I sliced open my foot on the shattered glass! I don’t know where in the world all these great reviews are from, but I would never recommend anyone ever hire them! I’m currently awaiting a call from management about all of these issues! RIDICULOUS!
