The technician was very polite and explained everything. He took pictures of the work needed in the crawspace and later showed me the damaged part he replaced.Work was completed on time and so far, the repairs have been great. Cost is calculated by the job, rather than by the hours worked. This may or may not work out in the costume’s favor, depending on the work needed.

I live in Charlotte and contacted Pro Plumbing Heating & Air to repair a leaking kitchen sink at elderly father's house in Winston-Salem. Kaleb called me to discuss the situation and provided me with both repair and replacement costs to help me assess the situation fully. Kaleb replaced the strainer in my dad's kitchen sink that was leaking into the cabinet below and handled the full transaction professionally over the phone. I was very pleased with the repair when I arrived later that day.

The actually installation of the garbage disposal was good. Unfortunately, they cancelled my original appointment for Saturday at the last minute. I came home early from a trip to accommodate that Saturday appointment. They rescheduled for Sunday (weird but ok) and the guy was 2.5 hours late. I had to call 3 times just to get an update. Their call center/answering service rep was nasty and short with me. The price was pretty high but I'd rather pay more to get it done right. Just wish I had an estimate when booking the appointment. Again, the work was good and the guy (josh) was polite, clean and professional, just was a complete mess with the scheduling and the late arrival. Next time I'll be using a different company.

The technician arrived on time and explained everything very well. I feel that everything was done expeditiously, and I have had no problems with anything. All items were removed leaving no trash behind. Very professional and courteous. I think the service price may have been a little more on the expensive side, but for peace of mind it was not bad.
