Very happy with the speed at which the 2 guys were dispatched to my house. They were very nice. They done a good job, but I do believe I was charged way too much for the new faucet that was installed. Plus, the new one doesn't have the same water pressure I was used to.

They offered me solutions that other contractors never even spoke about.

I thought the price they charges was way over what it should have cost but needed it done. But, after two days of trying different settings on the exhaust fan, had to contact product support who advised it had been wire incorrectly. Waiting now for someone to come back out and correct it.

The technician that performed the task was very courteous, competent and professional. He stayed on the job site until the part arrived from another employee and completed the task in a timely manner. Give this man a pay raise. He deserves it.

In selling our home, when the home inspector came he knocked out four outlets and we reset all the GFI receptacles we were aware of but it did not fix our issue. The two technicians from this company did a thorough inspection of all our GFIs and finally found the one in the garage that the home inspector had tripped--it's appearance was different from all the other GFIs that my wife and I found and reset as needed--and once they reset it we were back in business. Great service from friendly technicians and will use this company again for any electrical needs.

There scheduling dept. Is so messed up they do not know where the tech was. The day they came I got the whole run around about when they were coming. Their office knows nothing about where their techs are. Waited for 4 hours when they finally came.
