The tech is great. Customer service did not call the 2nd phone number that we provided. They did not get a hold of us with the 1st phone number. That caused the delay in the project.

I had 3 small repairs needed. Instead of making repairs he insisted on replacing all parts. Needless to say the cost was much more than I had thought. Because I did not want to start all over finding someone else I just accepted and paid. Will not call them again. I must add I am a single woman living alone and get taken advantage of a lot. I feel this was one of those times.

Other than putting the valve lever on the shower at an odd angle and leaving a larger hold in the wall around the sink drain he did a great job.
