Customer service was great Dispatcher (Katie) kept me informed as to who was coming and estimated arrival time. The service rep (Austin) Was very personal, knowledgeable, And professional. Do question the value, 278.01 seemed High to replace a circuit breaker especially if the 45 service call was suppose to be waive if the service Was provided.

What error are you talking about

On time, efficient. Little confusing about pricing. Only asked for 1 thing and was quoted on water heater replacement, toilet retooled or just the flapper. The toilet was the main issue. So little confusing as to how the water heater got in the mix.

Very happy customer! Our AC leak ended up being a clogged drain issue and not major HVAC work, and the service call was much less expensive than expected.. I'm impressed by the contact, status updates and email notifications. Quote, authorization, payment were all painless and easy! We've already hired them for another (plumbing) job.

Showed up on time, easy to discuss project, got right to work, was very polite. I had to instruct to just “come on in” instead of knocking each time. My system is over 20 years old. Added low refrigerant for the immediate fix and explained changes going on in industry and refrigerant changes. Generated 3 options for A/C replacement since my system can’t use new refrigerant type. Nothing was pushy about upgrading which I appreciated.

The workers arrived in a timely manner and the work was done very fast and at the price quoted to me over the phone. I would definitely use them again.

Review by Robert Y, in Advance, NC. Project; installing a water pressure valve PROPlumbing was called to install a pressure valve on our water system. Knowing this is why he was called, He did not have the right valve on his truck and said it would take two or three days to get one.. Proceeded to say that it would be $350 to install the valve. Talk about pricey Meantime, I called another respectable plumber and had the valve replaced the next day and also a water filter installed for $135.00 total.
