Customer service very quick and timely and professional the repair technician came to the house was outstanding very quick did three extra small jobs for us while he was there in addition to replacing a section of pipe underground the entire job was done very quickly and professionally and did a fair price

The service tech arrived on time and was very professional. At a uniform, clean cut and didn't come to the house without permission and represented the company nicely. Gave me the estimate and the charge. He did a terrific job. I would recommend the firm without any qualifications. They did a great job! Merlyn was great! I can never ask for more than what he have done!

Get the price up front. I wanted to have 4 fixtures installed but could only afford 2. I paid more for the installation than I did for the fixtures.

Got off to a rough start because of miscommunication but job turned out excellent and price was with in our budget!

Merlin did a great job! They were great to get another electrician, when the first one got tied up on another job.

Price was extremely high by plumbing standards. 1500 to replace one pipe under sink.

I had to hire an attorney as they abandoned the project and the owner of the company would not respond to calls even though the secretary would answer and always say he would call back but Thad never did. The company has an F rating with the BBB. They failed the city inspection 3 times, and when they placed the floor back down they put the nails in thin air rather than hitting wood and it all had to be torn back up when the flooring people contractors came to install the tile floor and noticed the problem. They were very unprofessional and unreliable and rarely showed up when they promised to. The owner actually showed up on my property on a holiday and left a note after being told not to have anyone come close to the property ever again. They left holes in the walls, did not replace any insulation, could not level the pipes with three people here. A total disappointment of a company in business that treats customers in this manner.

we had a leak and had someone here same day. the company sent me an email before thur arrival with the name and picture of who i should expect, which is so very appreciated. kaleb was incredibly professional and gave us three different quotes for what the job might entail prior to starting anything. we selected one and he pulled our toilet and reset it all in the same afternoon. He even cleaned up everything after he was done!! this was the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company. thank you so much for being great at what you do!

Very high priced. Dont know how to quote very small add-on jobs. Gave a quote of $260 for a half-hour add-on. Would not consider; common sense.

Robert was excellent. Very professional and and new exactly what he was doing! I would hire him again for any electrical project I have!

came out to give estimates for electrical. did not give written itemized list. bulit me the clock...when i only wanted list of issues and costs.

Be prepared to get a sales job on buying other products. My technician ran me through a litany of prepared questions designed to give him entree to selling me on a service contract, and a tankless water heater even though this had nothing to do with the call. Additionally, he left water in my ceiling because he did not want to mess with that and then charged me a service call to let me know that I maybe needed a new dishwasher...and that they could of course install that for apx 265.00. I pulled my dishwasher out myself, found a drain pipe that had come loose, hooked it back up and reinstalled my own dishwasher in about 45 minutes. I am not a satisfied customer. I do not fully blame the technician. I could have been screened better so they would know I had an appliance issue (to which they do not address) and I believe his sales pitches are a part of common practice as company policy as they were obviously prepared for the technician to up-sell me. Really crass I thought.
