Professional and friendly staff. Submittted Home Advisor request Sunday afternoon and they were at my home Monday morning. Fixed the problem and made some addditional suggestions for the future.

Very professional and fair pricing. They helped troubleshoot our wall switches that were not working and resolved easily. Also installed a new cable and switch so we can have a new ceiling light.

Very professional right from the start. Called me to say they were running 10 minutes behind. Really appreciate that they understand that my time is important too. Cleaned up nicely, hardly knew they were there. A bit more expensive then I anticipated but I understand a bit more had to be done for the job to be done properly. So far everything working well as anticipated.

They were very open in what needed to be done, was careful about not making a mess and cleaned up after themselves. Took shoes off before entering house and was polite about answering questions and worked quickly.

I was left with a leaky running commode that the technician indicated he could not repair. Paid over $300 for three slow drains. I hired another plumber that repaired the commode (replaced the broken handle and flap cover and, voila the commode no longer runs). I paid 50% less of the costs than the high price I was charged for unclogging two sinks (still drains slow)

Our technician , Roger, was terrific. He worked long and hard until the job was finished properly. Great quality of work!

Quality of the work was good, he was here from 1:30 P.M to about 8:30 pm which is about 7 hours, I think the price of over 3100 dollars was quite high for the number of hours.

Gentleman was nice and tried to up sale to tankless water heater. When receiving quote from them, first thing came to mind was oh my really over priced. After researching and getting other quotes, I felt taking advantage of. In this day in age, we have enough of that going on. Price structure should be close in range to serve all people and maintain competitiveness. That was not the case for this company and was very disappointed since we saw this company servicing some homes in the neighborhood.

They started out great. Very professional all around. I payed $500.00 down two weeks ago and I had to call them yesterday 11/01/19 to get an update. Customer service said a technician would call me back later in the day. No call was made and no-one showed up at my house. I am really stunned and cold.
