they were great and quick. But they were pushy to get you to do more projects and they were expensive.

Very professional. Did a very high quality job. Would use them again without hesitation. Felt like price was fair. Would happily recommend Pro Plumbing to others, including family and friends. Was very friendly and courteous and were English speaking Americans. What impress me was that they put booties over their shoes before entering my home. I have never had that happen. Felt like they cared about my home. Did and excellent clean up.

Very prompt. Friendly. Price was a pretty high in my opinion for the service performed but I'm willing to pay more for someone who actually shows up on time and does quality work.

I submitted my online request around 9PM one evening. Thad called me at 8 the next morning, and was at my home by 10:30AM. The diagnosis of the leak in my home was a bit tricky, but he and his colleague took the time to find the problem ... a hole punched through a drain pipe behind drywall with a nail. The problem was fixed by 12:30PM, at a fair price. GREAT WORK!

They arrived promptly and prepared to repair the problem. Though they could not solve the problem, they were professional and found the reason for lack of hot water and heat.

When Pro Plumbing came to my home they were courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. I had asked them to come just to quote, but after we accepted the quote, they said they could start right away and complete most of the work that needed to be done, but would have to return the next day to replace our kitchen sink. They returned exactly when promised and completed the entire job in 2 evenings. We will definitely use Pro Plumbing whenever we are in need of a plumber!!

WONDERFUL Experience with P.P.S. My project was to move my washer and dryer from downstairs to the main floor of my house. Thad came out the next business day after my request, and was prepared to do the job right then. I could not as I had more estimates coming in. After 4 more estimates, Thad was the lowest estimate by far. But, thinking I could do the project myself, I tried and made a huge mess. Called Thad on a Saturday (expecting an answering machine) and he was at my house the next day, on a Sunday, to fix my errors and get everything working. Wonderful service, very professional, HIGHLY recommended!

Top notch on all counts

I called on Christmas evening with a clogged kitchen drain. By the time I woke up on the 26th, Thad had left 3 messages on my answering machine, starting at 7 AM! He claims to be a workaholic and I think this may be to his customers' advantage! Thad and Scott came later that day, quoted me a fixed price, and proceeded to clear the drain. They are professional, friendly, and helpful. A day or two later, Thad emailed me with an answer about a water pressure question I had. I'm totally enthusiastic about Pro Plumbing except for their prices, which seem a little high to me. But, I've had that reaction to previous plumbers, so they're probably in the ball park. I do appreciate having a fixed price in advance, rather than the usual estimate. And I have to say, while under my sink, they re-routed a sprayer hose at my request, and didn't add to their original price. They certainly are outstanding in their quick response and quick service. I have already recommended them to several friends who haven't been able to get their plumbers to call them back for days, if ever.

Although they arrived later than scheduled they explained why, apolgized, then went right to work. They worked as a team repairing leaking faucets indoors and a leaking spigot outdoors. They also found and quickly repaired a shower drain leak that was causing moisture problems in the crawl space. Thankfully it was just a single leak and not multiple leaks as I feared. They also recommended a permanent solution for me to consider to address the moisture problem in the crawl space. I will need additional plumbing work with the remodel of my kitchen and master bath and will definitely call them to do the work. Good job guys.

Very pleased with these guys. Not only were they very punctual, they were very affordable, did very nice work, and even put slippers on when they came in the house to keep from tracking in dirt. They were very friendly and offered their services at any time we might need them again in the future. I'm very impressed with them and can't say enough to express what a great service we received. Thad and Scotty did a very professional job for me, and they were friendly and polite. They had a very fast response time, and came to rebuild my toilet on the afternoon of the day I called. While here, Thad did a check of all my other plumbing items and saved me a future maintenance call by replacing my washing machine hoses, and adding a safety feature to my waterheater which had never been installed. Scotty even found a knob on their truck to replace the water valve for the toilet which was terribly worn. And they tightened a wobbley toilet seat! Those two things were very thoughtful and nice. I absolutely recommend Pro Plumbing!
