They called me within a minute of submitting request. Everything went smoothly and leaky water heater was replaced within 4.5 hours of discovering leak. Friendly installers. Look forward to using them again on a "planned" project.

Thad was very professional and provided excellent customer service. The On Demand Water Heater they installed had to be replaced with a larger unit which was a little frustrating. The larger heater works fiine and would recommend one to anyone looking at a new water heater.

I needed a hot water heater ASAP. Pro Plumbing called back very quickly after I posted a request, came out, assessed the problem, and took care of everything. The water heater was here, installed, and working before the day was done. This helped me tremendously. I did not have to go look for a water heater. This group did the work quickly, efficiently, and without a lot of trouble,and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Pro Plumbing to anyone with a problem. Thad was exceptionally timely, professional and kind. Thad is an extremely hard-working individual who performs quality work and stays until the work is done. Thad was at my house for over 6.5 hours straight and did not leave until 10:30 PM at night. I was so happy that he was willing to get the job done in one visit - it was much easier for my scheduling purposes! He apprsed me ahead of time that it would most probably be a late night, and I appreciate his forthrightness.

I had recieved estimates of $2500 for my repair from All Star Plumbing. After talking to pro plumbing via phone from California for a repair of a busted water pipe on a rental property I have in NC, Pro Plumbing went out to the property and gave an estimate of $350. I agreed and they fixed the problem same day. Not only was the service speedy and of good quality, the ending bill was only $240. I will be using these guys for all my plumbing needs from now on.

They were very courteous and experiences. They took out my old sump pump and put in a new, much quieter one. The work did take a while, they had to stay until 8:00 pm. I was impressed with the way they wore booties over their shoes when walking through the house so the carpet wouldn't get messed up. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Nice, went right to work. Seemed knowledgeable about the problem and came up with quick solutions. I liked how he gets supplies from a reputable establishment. A little high, but you get what you pay for.
