Great company...very professional, and great quality of work.

They come a toilet do not need to be fix just screws in and they spend less than an hour. Very very expensive

I called several times to this company and they could not get my requested schedule right. When they arrived, the technician checked out the basement (no water damage) and informed me, it would cost $300.00 to check out a toilet leak.

I ended up having to fix it myself. They originally quoted 750 dollars to repair it. Then decided that it wasnt the main water line and it had to be coming from the neighbors yard. So 2 days later it was still a wet spot and i dug down to see where it was flowing from. Sure enough there was a coupling in the main line that had deteriorated. I went to a famous home appliance store and got some good advice and repaired it myself for 35 buck. Took me 3 hours and I am NO plumber. Next leak I know how to fix!

Too expensive.

When they say they will be back out vs when it is actually scheduled is different. I think professionalism is to commit to what you say, or communicate as early as possible of any changes.

The two technicians that did work were great, and the wonderful ladies in the office were communicative and awesome at follow-up. Definitely consider this company!

Pro-Plumbing was the only company to call me immediately, provided a quote on the spot, point of fact they offered three quotes for replacing my Hot Water Heater which had rusted through the bottom of the heater. The installer was helpful and explained the job thoroughly. The installation began immediately was completed within three days. They were clean and respected our home by wearing foot covers and cleaning up the mess. I would hire them again.

When he discovered I did not have a problem with my outlet after all he made sure there was no issues with the outlet in the crawl space

We had a drainage issue but are still new to the area so didn t have a go to plumber yet. Went through home advisor to find one, Pro Plumbing called me almost immediately with scheduling a tech to come out and see what was going on. Roger came out same day and gave his recommendation, we scheduled work for the next day. After the work was performed, and realizing our issue wasn t fixed, I called them back and Roger came back out the same day. He ended up snaking the drain from the septic tank. Worked on that sucker for a good 30-40 min, maybe an hour until it finally came loose. Baby wipes were to blame 🙄 even the flushable ones, y all. He also saw stuff that we would need to take care of in the future and gave us a quote for that. It was pricey but one of those fixes that once it s fixed, no worries. Any plumbing issues we have, Pro Plumbing will be my first call. While we appreciated and were satisfied with Roger s work, we joked that it was too much work so next problem we have, I ll request someone else 🤣.

Pro Plumbing replaced our water main and did so on a Sunday afternoon pledging to get the job done that day and they fulfilled that pledge. He explained what was needed and the options to get the repair done. They worked hard and were able to pull the old line and replace it without damaging the yard or plant more than the digging required around the foundation and at the meter. I was very impressed with the fact that the owner did the job and was out there most of the day shovel in hand. I was very pleased and will certainly use them again for my next plumbing needs.
