Maurice's Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

The quite was very competitive and the work completed very quickly. The quote was done on Thursday and the equipment installed the next Wednesday. The install took just under two hours from start to finish. I had a quote from another company recommended by AHS and they were more expensive, even with some money from AHS! The other company was quite gleeful in explaining all the other items that had to be replaced! Maurice's just replaced what was needed effeciently and without fuss. I HIGHLY recommend Maurice's heating and air.

I was called in minutes of my online request. I was given a window of time they would be arriving 3pm-5pm on the SAME DAY! Justin gave me a call to let me know he was on his way shortly after 3pm! He opened up my A/C unit and immediately knew the problem, in a matter of minutes it was fixed! I highly recommend this company!!

It's a father son business and very good.

I've had him out, because he does some plumbing and electricity work as well. He is just a hang of a nice guy. I had called him up, in sort of an emergency, and he come out that afternoon if I have him reasonably here late. You can put lots of stars beside him. He's a really, really, really nice guy. He doesn't bluster and bluff and carry on. He's a very humble type of man. He's sort of a quiet humble man. Some people bluster and bluff and over promise and under deliver. He's the opposite. He doesn't bluster and bluff, he just gets in quietly and actually over delivers than under. He is just wonderful. He will drop tools. He will come that afternoon, even if it is after work. Whether to assist what he has to do, or come and do it. He has specific part on his little van. He hasn't had to go away and part for me when I called him. I didn't cost us anything, because my A/C was sort of just turning itself off for no apparent reason. Then it was going for him when he came. So he didn't do anything. I thought it might of been from all the rain or something like a short somewhere. It was doing it a lot. It was shutting itself off, and I would have the blower going. The house would get hotter and hotter. I thought what is going on? It wasn't going outside so it started again. I don't know what it was. It has come right whatever it was. He lets you know too, he calls you when he is on his way and things like that. He is punctual. If he says 5 O'Clock, he's here on or before or just 5 minutes after, which is great. I've had a lot that they won't work with you. I have said I understand you have other jobs to do, just keep me in the loop. Because other wise, I am out in the country, otherwise I feel like I am a prisoner in my own home. I can't go and run an errand because I think oh he's gonna come. Just say look I'm running late I will get there 2 O'Clock. Fine, I can run out now and do my errand, but they don't. Then they get here and they don't have the tools or the parts and they gotta go into town. I have had a couple like that. Those are the over promise and under deliver people.

He did a great job. I called him and called me back by the next day.
