I hired Richard to remove a pear tree from my yard. He and his crew arrived at the time promised. They did a great job cutting the tree down, removing the cuttings, cleaning the yard. and removing the stump. His team was hard working, professional and very courteous. Mr. Boyd arranged for a crew to remove my tree the same day that I called for a fair price. I wasn't 100 percent satisfied with the quality of the work on the first day so he came back and ensured that I was happy with the finished project.

They did a great job and the price was right. They know exactly what limbs to cut so the tree remains in its original shape. They are professional, courteous and excellent clean up. I have had people come to my house in the past and all they want to do is cut the bottom limbs off. This company went through the middle and cleaned up my trees along with cutting off some bottom limbs.

Richard was courteous and professional. The crew completed the work I requested effectively and efficiently. The problem was the limbs cut from the tree. I was assured they were cut in the right size for the city to pick them up. A rep from the city came by and said no, the debris was not in line with guidelines to pick up. The city would pick them up but it would cost me $100. I called Richard who said he would get someone out there to take care of this. Nearly a week after I called Richard, the limbs are still there. Which is disappointing as my experience with Richard and his company had been positive and I felt encouraged that this remaining problem with the limbs would be resolved. One last note on the tree debris: Chris with Boyd & Company called the evening of 10/27, apologized profusely and swore he would be out to my home the next morning. He never arrived or called again. I tried a debris removal company I found thru Home Advisor who wanted charge me $228. (Really!) Looks like the city has the low bid at $100 so I'm having them do it.
