Description of Work: Brandon Sweeney is a thief. He continues to change his name and swindle others. He always wants payment upfront then puts off work for one reason or another. Also goes by Lewis Landscaping. He is a hefty effeminate guy who seems knowledgeable and says he has degrees in horticulture however he does not and has not goneto or completed college. He continues to swindle others via Craig's List yet Craig's List removes warning about him pronto so apparently he has convinced the moerators that he is a good citizen. Karma is a b!tch and it will come round Mr Sweeney! The other "positive" review is from a NY number..strange that he also has a cell phone with a NY area code. He couldn't complete maintenance on one yard much less 56! A JOKE!

 + -1 moreIt's obvious Brandon has overextended, and can't pay us back. He's got a good heart, I do believe. Just wanted to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I remember him complaining about getting stuck with materials, so that's why he needed 100% up front. This is what I call, our 'stupid tax'. If only he knew, how much my family could have helped him with his financial situation .
Description of Work: STIFFED us for $1,300.00. Found Brandon on Craigslist, prior to joining Angie's List. Did some pre-treatment on our soil, in spring of 2007. We paid upfront, the full cost of re-planting our entire yard. We had some delays on our end, during the spring as we had some grading that had to be completed. When summer came, he indicated that it was getting hot, that if we didn't get more rain, that we would have to wait until fall. Well, fall came and went, so I emailed him and asked him what was up. He indicated that he was no longer in business, however that he was still going to do the work and in his words 'once a customer, always a friend'. This was fall 2007, and haven't heard from him since.

 + -1 moreIt started with a long distance phone call (I am in New York) to Brandon Swaney with Lawn & Landscape. He quickly answered all my questions and assured me that they would be able to have these properties ready for a function. They held up their end and had the properties completed in less time than they had allotted. I had my rep on the grounds immediately after their finishing and they had exceeded my expectations 200%! We have recently entered into an agreement to service all 56 properties that we currently own and are responsible for maintaining. I would definitely refer you or anyone looking for a reputable company that actually does what they say they are going to do to these guys! KUDOS!
Description of Work: Lawn & Landscape PLUS fully manicured and groomed our four locations to prepare for a large corporate function.

 + -1 moreHORRIBLE experience. Testimonials from other companies who looked at the mess they left. Tried to blame their employee. ALSO BROKE IRRIGATION HEADS AND DID NOT FIX THEM! He puts great ads on Craigslist but has broken equipment and terrible management. Mows at night , messy job site, unfinished work, breaks contracts! Neighbors can vouch for the fact they mowed my yard and it was dark. Their comment was "who in the world is mowing your yard at night?" My lovely maintenance crew..that's who. They could never show up during the day or the day they were supposed to cause the drive was too long..duh! I guess they were hoping to run into a tree or worse so they could sue. On October 31 again tried at night and were told to leave. E-mail was sent telling them to fix the broken irrigation heads their mower broke and to finish the job they were paid to do. Instead they bailed out of the contract. LOSERS!
