LADYBUG PEST SVC

I had used Ladybug for years (see prior review I wrote). The technician was wonderful but could no longer work for the company. The new technician was very very poor quality. For 2 consecutive maintenance treatments (at normal price) they did not put out mouse poison packets (which is a normal, expected service). I got a mouse infestation, and on top of that horror, a snake came into my home for the first time in my life as a homeowner (because of the infestation). They did come to treat the mice (as expected with a service agreement) but refused to address the snake. Then she sent a BILL for the restitution visit!! I wrote the owner & said the bill should not have been sent, since she did not provide expected service & left my home vulnerable to pests for 9 months! She answered that the technician came twice - that was only because it was raining the 1st day so she couldn't treat the outside!! Again, nothing above and beyond the basic expectations. I just received another bill today WITH A LATE FEE attached!! Ridiculous. I obviously switched to another company, and I never knew what I was missing. Instead of poison packets, they left nice looking plastic bait holders - much more professional.

I initially called upon recommendation of a friend about 3-4 years ago after I found a yellow jacket's nest in my yard (I'm allergic to bees). It was a stubborn nest, as I had tried unsuccessfully 3 times to kill them myself (foaming yellow jacket spray at night). They had to come out 2-3 times to kill them, but took care of it no problem. I have used them ever since with the quarterly service, which then covers any needs that may arise for the next 3 months with no additional charge.
