Terrible. When we approached the construction crew about replacing the rotten wood he informed me that he put on roofs to make money, not do carpentry work! Also they used ferring strips about every 4 feet instead of stripping off the old roofing and putting on a thermal barrier. I guess that they assumed we wanted a barn roof instead of a house roof. Our contract stated that they would replace all wood that need replacing. We got so disgusted with all dealings with Max Leonard and his crew that we told hem just to leave and take his crew off of our property. We proceded to find another crew to do the job. An unfornutaley they had to correct a lot of mistakes. One chimney leaked so bad because all they did was use 6 to 8 tubes of poly sealer and some kind of foam rubber around the chimney to fill in where the wood just disentegrated around the chimney. BTW we later found out that the crew man that said he put on metal roof to make money and he didn't have to do carpentry work because his mother owned the business. When we first contracted with CMR, Max Leonard owned the company and he did not have a partner!
