 + -1 moreInstallation was super fast, and holiday weekend emergency visit was great. They even gave us maitenance instructions in what we could do on our own. I have worked with both owners, and they were both super friendly and helpful.
Description of Work: I had B&G out for 2 separate issues. Installation of mini split for expansion and emergency visit for failed capacitator in our old unit.

 + -1 moreCalled in the morning for a no cooling issue. 2 techs were there by lunch and were finished in an hour. They fix only what needs fixing without additional, unnecessary charges. Turned out to be a bad capacitor. They were prompt (actually early), courteous, friendly and professional. Top notch company. I will definitely use them again for all of my HVAC needs.

 + -1 moreCalled on a Friday-he came out that day, fixed a day or two later.....sent a bill, didntask for money that day....amazing
Description of Work: Every now and then you get service that is so amazing you just go "WOW", and it makesup for all the times you were cheated and scammed!!! We had used B and G Heatingand AC in Lexington NC before for a heat pump repair, and we felt that we were treatedfairly, given good service, and charged a reasonable price. So when our OTHER heat pumpbroke, we called B and G again. This time, however we were really nervous because thisheat pump is 20 years old. We just knew-this is it, the big repair has come. Even if we didnt need a new unit, we knew we were in for a monster repair. Much to our surprise they fixed our heat pumpand charged all of 92.00. If he had charged 5,000$ we wouldn't have known any differently. Thankgoodness there are companies out there who are fair, reasonable, and ethical~ Oh, and our heatpump works too!
