I recently had the pleasure of working with A Plus Home Remodeling for a comprehensive renovation of my home, and I am happy with the results. From the floor joists to the roof, they handled everything with professionalism and care. The team did a good job on many aspects of the project, including the installation of a new AC system, tiled showers, and a custom master bathroom. Their attention to detail could have been better. I had white subway tile with black grout installed, and it shows all the imperfections. It's hard to see small marks or holes in the grout, even after it was fixed three times. There were a few parts of the project that were just **OK**, but overall, I am satisfied with the outcome. The transformation of my home has been incredible, and I am excited to live in a safe and beautifully renovated space with my family. We did go over budget, but this was because we discovered additional needs for the house along the way. like a new AC and heating system, plus a new septic and full plumbing through out the house. Carlos was incredibly accommodating and worked with our budget to ensure we could still afford the necessary improvements. There were some issues with the electrical work and some of the finishings that were not completed to our liking. However, Carlos addressed these issues promptly and was willing to come back and fix them to ensure we were satisfied customers. I could not be happier with how this project turned out. Carlos actually listened to what we wanted rather than trying to sell us a solution that fit the company template. We wanted a sunroom; not a patio enclosure. The work was fast, the workers were both talented and extremely polite, and the quality was exceptional. This is now the third time that we have used this company. Each time the service has been really great they pleasant, polite, professional, and very custom orientated. The first time we use them, it was to add a sunroom to our house. The second time was to add a deck to the back of our house around half of our above ground pool. This time was to replace a pipe that was damaged during some landscaping that we did. Obviously, we would recommend them as we have now. Use them three times.

This is the second time we have had this company do work at our home and we would not hesitate to hire them again. Customer service has been excellent and the workers were professional, knowledgeable and polite. We are extremely happy we our new deck.

Carlos and his team got started on our deck as scheduled. He is very responsive and communication is fantastic. He was at our house nearly everyday, since we live close by, to check on progress. We are absolutely loving our new sunroom addition. Carlos provided great customer service and always available for questions. Although it took a little longer than expected no fault of A Plus. I would use them again.

Went very well. Had some language difficulties but we worked through them. When I brought up concerns they were quick to address them.

A+Home Remodeling. This was my first time using this company. Very impressed! Their response to my request was very quick. After hiring them, they showed up on time and got right to work and didn't waste any time. I will definitely be using them again in the near future. Awesome company!

All required work was done in a few days. Noticed subfloor making noise about four months after the job was complete. The caulking around toilet base has visible space between the floor and the caulking. Toilet currently moves when you sit on it, now urine and moisture comes out at the base of the toilet. The bathtub support has given away some and the tub has detached from the caulking on wall.

Carlos and his team were amazing . I was very satisfied with the workmanship and knowledge of the project. Carlos was always available to answer any questions I may of had . His team was pleasant to work with and our remodel looks amazing. I will defiantly hire them again for any projects in the future

Carlos, Edgar and his son did an amazing job painting and repairing our wood cabinets. We were looking for an economical refresh for our dated kitchen. The team painted our cabinets, added hardware and did some repairs to the wood. Carlos was in touch every step of the way even when he went out of the country on vacation. We are more than pleased with the results and feel as though we have a new kitchen for a fraction of the cost! We will definitely use this company for future projects! We give them an A+!! We had them turn an old rotting deck into a beautiful sunroom. Excellent communication. Every time we called and texted Carlos answered or responded, which is a big deal when you hire a contractor. The sunroom they built for us turned out great, however, it took longer than anticipated. Several people came to of work at various times but the two main ones were very polite and likable and even when we made design changes in the middle of the project they were attentive and professional

The owner was impressionable, friendly, and professional. The workers were always polite and professional. They all definitely cared about our satisfaction as a customer. The job was done quickly and our satisfaction. We would consider hiring them again, if the need arises, and would highly recommend them.
