TL Painting

Much of our work was required because the previous painting company we used did not do a good job caulking and did not prepare the surface properly prior to painting. This resulted in peeling, as well as water damage from driving rain storms, only two years after the house was painted. TL corrected all prior problems in a very professional manner. It even got an electrician in almost immediately when it discovered a problem with a large ceiling fan while repairing and painting our cathedral ceiling. All work was done efficiently and in a first class way. They also did a really good job in cleaning up all work areas after the painting was completed. We plan to use them again when we need future painting services.

Owner was very good about making sure that everything was done as promised. Very satisfied!

We had used TL painting once before, so we knew that Todd and his guys were professional, courteous, and took pride in doing their best. Considering the initial condition of the house, we were concerned about what we could reasonably expect - however, Todd and his guys really did a nice job scraping, sanding, priming, and going back over the bad spots. One thing we liked was that they spray (instead of brushing) wherever possible - which seems to look better and give an even coat. We had questions along the way, and some changes.. Todd answered, made recommendations, and helped out on a couple unanticipated needs. Overall, it went better than expected.

After about a 2-month wait (he's popular), the work went smoothly. The crew was here most every day with a couple exceptions for poor weather and a color change. The color change was necessary because the trim color we picked out from supplier samples didn't look the same when applied to the shutters. Todd reformulated the color until we had a good match, then repainted all of them with the new color. When he says he wants you to be happy, he means it. Now, everything matches perfectly. Overall, we are very happy with their work. They do very clean and detailed work. I found Todd to be very professional and a pleasure to work with. I don't see how it could have gone any better.

Todd was very professional and had good information regarding what color and type of paint to use on our newly constructed back porch. I don't remember the prices he charged, as this was 2 years ago and he was subcontracted from our builder for the back porch. I have since referred him to a neighbor, who was also very pleased with his work. All of his employees are professional.

This was the second time I have used Todd and his crew and I could not be more pleased. They show up when promised, their work is excellent and they are very pleasant to work with. Basically everything one hopes for when hiring work done. Strongly recommended.

TL Painting did a great job painting the exterior of our home. They worked quickly and efficiently.

Although Todd's bid wasn't the lowest he was supportive and willing to discuss. He ended up covering the other offer from a big franchise. He and his team came on time and were very professional and respectful. They did a good job overall and finished earlier than expected. My only comment is that they didn't take out the recessed lighting trim (it's easy to come out - just pull, no screws) but instead covered them up with tape and painted around, so now I can see some color over the edge of the lighting trims. I would hire him again in the future.

They did a good job. I thought they were very good, no complaints. They were prompt and did a good job and didn't stay forever. They were clean and neat. They were honest and did what they said they were going to do and got the job done on time.

I needed my newly installed fascia board primed before being wrapped with aluminum. They were very neat and fast. They did a great job. The price was a little high but it is a fairly large house with a very high roof. I feel it was well worth the price and am having them come back to do the sheetrock soon.

Everything went well. Todd estimated that the work would take 5 days, they were done in 4. The living room ceiling looks great and the exterior paint job is well done.

There price was about $200 less than a couple of other companies but the reason I decided to go with them is because of their reputation. It took them about 4 or 5 days to complete the work and we are very pleased with the finished product.

Quote was to paint parts of house that needed painting. A window reglazing and painting was included. Todd thought I meant just the outside of the window. I just assumed in and out glaze and paint. He painted the outside. I called and asked him about it. No problem. He returned the next day to do the inside at no extra charge. Todd is very easy to work with and does a quality job.

TL Painting started our job quickly. They came multiple days including coming out on a Saturday morning to replace some wood that had rotted on a railing. The house looks fresh and new again.
