Description of Work: Large back deck needed to be cleaned extensively as well as sanded due to age and wear. Although I did not have the opportunity to meet the owner due to time and work he communicated with me constantly and worked with me to secure a timely estimate and repairs. He addressed all my concerns with regard to the job details and the end result was exactly what I requested and expected. The price was very fair and under several others quotes I received. Although I did receive quotes for less I did not feel the value for the money would be equivalent to my expectations. This company met those expectations and I will use them again.

Description of Work: I called Todd and requested an estimate for painting the trim and repairing some wood damage to our two story home in Rural Hall. I thought that his estimate was very fair, so we settled for him to do the work. I will have to say that this company was a pleasure to work with. His men were very professional and extremely polite. Description of Work: I am in Charlotte and I had to get my parents home ready to go on the market. It had not had any work done in probably 25 years. Everything had to be done. Todd and his crew were terrific. Todd came and walked thru the home with me and gave an estimate which was very reasonable because I had two other estimates which were much higher. He has a crew which included carpenters and electricians which I needed to redo the kitchen and to bring electrical up to code. They were skilled and detailed in their work. He communicated with me and made a long distance project bearable. Along the way, I would add things to the list and he always took care of it. I would give them the highest ranking possible.

Description of Work: These guys were great! This was a rental property for me and needed to be turned over as quick as possible. Thanks to these guys it was ready to go the next day. They responded quickly to my email to come out for a quote and were back the next day to start/finish the entire property! They are the best! Will use them anytime.

Description of Work: Despite having provided an estimate, they did not respond to 3 messages that I left requesting a call back. I was intending to ask them to repaint my house.

Description of Work: We had TL repair wood on the chimney that had rotted and had the chimney top painted. They also repaired some would above the garage that a woodpecker had damaged. They did a good job and we are pleased with how it looks. Our only complaint is it did take awhile for them to get here. We waited about 2 months for them to make the repairs. We felt the cost was fair. We will use them again for any projects we may have in the future.

Description of Work: Painting the attic vent louvers, soffit and eaves on one end of the house. The work required a 40 ft. ladder for the crew to reach the area to be painted, which is why I didn't want to even try!

Description of Work: Scraped/prepared, primed and 2 top coats of paint on all exterior painted surfaces of split-level rancher, half brick (unpainted) and half Masonite shingles. Included bay window with 40 individual panes, and all other windows also have individual panes; lots of muntins to paint. Sprayed the shingles and wood trim. Also painted railings on porch, and did minor woodwork repair.

Description of Work: Power wash all trim, scraped, primed and 2 coat painted all trim. Included all doors, wrought iron railing and replacement of rotted wood at front door.
