I have ten rooms and 3 bathrooms, and the above describes what we call a and quot;1/2 cleaningand quot; day. On alternative weeks, they clean the whole house. I have a dog in the house. She loves the ladies, and I recommend Molly Maids to everyone.
Description of Work: Vacuumed rugs in six rooms. Dusted furniture in six rooms. Cleaned two bathrooms, Mopped all exposed floors. Cleaned counter tops and floor in kitchen.Changed sheets on two beds.

Description of Work: Two Molly Maids arrive at my home at 8:30am every Wednesday morning. They go to work immediately, starting upstairs with bathrooms. They dust well, vacuum rugs, and put clean sheets on the beds. They also mop the hardwood floors, being careful to clean all dust from floors. About every other week they include one or two "tricky" areas to dust, like baseboards or curio shelves. They dust lamp shades. They vacuum the carpet runner on the stairs as they go downstairs. They clean downstairs rooms, bathroom and kitchen well, including mopping kitchen floor (hard to keep clean). My house has 10 rooms, 3 bathrooms. These housekeepers are nice, clean, friendly, efficient, and smart. At least 4 different ladies have been in my home at different times in the last 2 years, and each one has the same good qualities. I have tried one other service, and several independent maids in the past. Molly Maids is the best in every way, and I will continue to use their service.

 + -1 moreThey were exactly what I expected from a typical cleaning company in NC. After a few cleanings , my house just turned into another long stop in their long day and it just wasn't important enough to do a thorough job so they just run a vacuum and made a few beds and left !
Description of Work: I used Molly Maids to clean my house for a few months. They started off strong but I started noticing cob webs and dust . I told them about the problem twice but they just kept missing the little stuff. Then they started showing up hours late for the scheduled cleaning. I waited for 4 hours one day and that just killed my schedule for the day. They told me that it was because they were busy cleaning some other clients house and it was really dirty. If they told me that , what did they say about my house to other clients ?

Description of Work: Used Molly Maids for seven months while staying with our son. They did the routine weekly cleaning for the first 3 months then twice a month the next four months till we moved into our own place. The also did the pre-move clean for our home.

 + -1 moreNormal, excellent. Called for evaluation, came on Tuesday, and team went to work on Friday, all in the same week. Owner of franchise came to check up on workers before they left on Friday.
Description of Work: Deep cleaning. I have large house, 10 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 large hallways - 3500 sq. feet. A team of 3 workers worked and stayed about 5 hours. Dusted furniture, mopped floors, vaccumed, made up 5 beds, dusted picture framed and all baseboard, cleaned bathrooms, cleaned kitchen cabinets cabinets and more.

 + -1 moreThe office was very professional, checking in both the week before and the day before to confirm. The ladies that came were very friendly and professional (Rosie and Monica). We normally clean our own house but wanted a deep cleaning before hosting an office party and family for Christmas. We were told that it would take between 2-3 hours to clean our house, but I had to stop the ladies after 3:45 and tell them not to worry about the basement because it was taking longer than we expected. They were very nice about it, and still offered to dust that area free of charge. They were very professional and very thorough, down to washing every pane in every window. We were very pleased with them and would definitely hire them again.

 + -1 morecall and they scheduled a time for an in home estimate. He came by two days later for the estimate. The following day I dropped off the key. Then the next day they came by and cleaned the home. They left the key there. Everyone was very professional and was good about following up. The only issue, albeit minor, is when I came home there were a two spots they missed picking up the hair/dust balls. otherwise the house looked wonderful. My total cost was at the highest end of the estimate, they provided a range.
