Description of Work: Provided and delivered 40 bales of pine needles. My wife and I spread the needles ourselves.

Description of Work: Two Oak Leaf Holly Trees were purchased by my professional landscape person and I reimbused the person. Shortly, thereafter the two trees developed brown leaves/branches and I contacted Joe's Landscaping about this problem. I got no where with them from the first phone call so I went to other companies. I was told most likely the trees had a blight and I purchased approximately $50 in sprays and have sprayed the trees numerous times and made sure the trees were watered properly during the Winter months as well as Summer. My landscape person gave me full instructions as to how the shrubs were to be cared for and I followed this tothe letter. I called back again today August 17 as now the whole top half of one of the holly trees has turned brown. Joe's Landscape told me that apparently the tree was planted wrong or there was a watering problem. I responded that was not the case as my landscape person knew what she was doing and I certainly had watered it timely and properly according to instructions. The problem was that the tree was diseased from the beginning. She informed me to look on my receipt that it stated my warranty.I did so, and the only thing you can do is if within 6 months of purchase date, they will replace the tree at one-half the purchase price (weather or improper planting excluded) must have receipt if a tree dies. There is no protection for selling you a diseased tree. The bad thing about it all is the whole time I have dealt with them they have been rude and simply did not seem to care about any of this when I have put all the effort and money into trying to save these two trees. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE!
