Description of Work: Hired Dustin to install siding and snow guards on my roof. I paid one half of the cost upfront. Dustin came to me asking for the remainder of the snow guard fee, so I paid him. He never installed the snow guards. It took his crew forever, six weeks, to complete the siding. He asked for the balance of the cost twice before finishing. I told him I would pay him in full whenever the job was complete. This was not a good experience and I would never hire him again.
