Not only did he deliver before a holiday which all the others scoffed at the thought of even asking for that Gary stepped up to the plate . The job he dis was beautiful.Excellent workmanship.. He kept in tough with us though out the process. The price was better than all the others and he is straight forward. He can either do it or not. The other competitors were like I cant tell you when you will get it back . I don't know what the final cost will be.Gary was not like that very professional and a real honest nice guy.I have already recommend him to people who were shocked that I found this gem. I was about to throw out a Massoud club chair but my husband wanted to keep it because it's so comfortable. After researching the brand and seeing that to replace it would be at least $2,000, I decided to get it re-upholstered. I did not scrimp on the quality of the new fabric and entrusted the work to Gary at Renew based on the reviews from Home Advisor.. Gary did a fabulous job. Excellent quality, exemplary customer service and just a pleasure to work with. I plan to get several other pieces ''renewed'' by Gary. RECOMMEND VERY HIGHLY.

This was a pain free, delightful and timely experience

Gary is amazing---completed the job easily and in <30 min.-right on sight. You couldn't even see the rip on the back of a leather reclining sofa! Then we discovered he can do all types of furniture repair-took one of our small tables with him (in his BIG trailer) to repair the legs. He was right on time and so polite. Plan to ask him to repair/renew several other pieces. Thank goodness we found him from this sight.

Fabulous job on a unique and difficult couch with tufted back! Also really fixed up the old seat to make it up to modern comfort standards. Great job!
