McIntyre Disposal Service

Do not do business with this person unless you want to donate your money to him.

I paid this man (it's a one-man business) $35.00/month for this service. In the winter months he regularly did not provide any pick up service and when I asked about this, he stated that the "department of transportation told him he couldn't be on the roads in bad weather." Over the year or so that I have been paying for this service, I kept getting bills for the next quarter sooner and sooner. In December I received a bill for April, May and June (having already paid up in November for January, February and March). I did not hurry to pay the bill, since it seemed odd to be paid up SIX months in advance for a service. At the beginning of February he came to my home and told my roommate I had to pay by the next week. I did not (just didn't get around to putting the check in the mail). He arrived at my home again and demanded payment from my roommate, who refused to pay him (knowing that I was already suspicious since we were paid up through March). He is now refusing to provide any further service, despite the fact that I am PAID THROUGH MARCH! I have contacted him and informed him I will not be continuing service with him, but expect him to provide the service for which I have paid. I'm willing to bet I won't see him again.
