This contractor was attentive to my needs, listened to me very carefully and built exactly as I wanted. The cost of the build was also very reasonable and lower than all other bids requested from other deck builders.

I highly recommend Kirkwood Construction! Alex with Kirkwood Construction, kept open communication. Alex was friendly and very reliable. I definitely will hire Kirkwood Construction again.

Alex builds exactly what you are hoping for. In our case, Alex had an idea of how our front entrance deck would look. He clearly presented his idea with drawings and was very easy to work with our additional suggestions. His work is structurally SOUND and beautiful. The front porch turned out so nice that I asked him for another quote for a side deck. He had that job presented and built within two weeks. His son and nephew work with Alex and are very polite and good carpenters, as well. Excellent clean up. I'll be calling Alex again and highly recommend him.

A great plus, Alex was able to work our project in a timely manner, which this is in fact a rare quality and unexpected plus for us as customers. My experience lately has been that most contractors are a little slow getting to work for one reason or another. Very dependable!

He needs to call me and let me know what his plan is, I need some communication from him, I've had to call him which is not good business.

Working with Alex has been the easiest home project I've ever experienced.
