While extremely busy with other work Jake made time to do our floors as we were under a move dead line. Gave key to house and he started on Monday morning and called me on Thursday that the job was complete. Would not take payment until we came to approve the work. The floors were like new, they actually looked better than the new hardwood in our present house. Jake is a very personable man and takes great pride in his work and customer satisfaction. I would recommend him to anyone and would certainly use Jake Hartley Hardwood Flooring again if I needed them.
Description of Work: Stripped finish, repaired, and refinished hardwood floors in a 22 year old mountain house we bought.
