Went well at first. But after work was completed had to have the owner come back out on 2 separate occasions to fix leaking issues. And now I need him again and is not responding to my or my wife s phone calls, or messages.

I thought it went well, but I don't climb on roofs...The price was higher than I expected, but it seems everyone has been price gouging since COVID.

Very easy to work with and knowledgeable. He was quick to call me back and kept me updated with time frame work would be completed and explained exactly what he found and how he was fixing it. I will be using him again if needed.

I was charged over $6,200 to replace fasteners, clean and paint my roof. Many fasteners were NOT replaced, many left loose and many holes were left empty. The leaking that was supposed to be fixed was not. The roof was not properly cleaned, and paint was shot over dirt and pine needles. The "Epoxy paint with hardener" is peeling off 5 months later. Brett promised to return to fill obvious holes in the porch roof, but did not and would not return phone calls after the check was cashed. COMPLETE SCAMMER!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Brett was very professional and made sure he communicated with me throughout the process. Due to weather it took a little bit for him to get out to do the repair but he contacted me regularly to keep me in the loop. Very happy with the work he did?

He took the check and left and did not do the repairs and would not return any calls I have him on security cameras. I am reporting it as a theft to the sheriffs dept and will file a claim in small claims court. Caldwell County/Lenoir NC area. Will not be using Angi anymore

Brent replaced wood in my attic that had water damage, fixed a leak in my roof, and replaced the cover to a vent on the roof. He also did extra work by sealing some areas on my roof where he saw the need. Iâ m very pleased with his work and would use him again.Amanda T.

Company sealed place around chimney that was leaking ... will need to wait before I verify it is fixed. However, the guy was very helpful and worked through a solution we both felt good about and pricing was fair. He even went above and beyond by coating my metal pipe black to make it look better and guard against further rust. That was unexpected but very appreciated. Didn't affect the price he had quoted. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Paid 4,102.71 for acrylic coating there was a charge of 106.54 for acid wash that was not even done. Metal roof job Color Charcoal grey was told it would darken in a few days it has been almost 3 weeks it has not. Looks very cheap need another coat of paint to make right. Have tried to contact Brett no response. Even paid extra in good faith fro him to return to make chimney white. Donâ t think that will happen either. In all over charge of money for bad job. I had I hired Brett Stamey to do roof ridge replacement and asphalt shingles repair job. He said that the roof ridge replacement part would cost $1400, plus $50 an hour for work. He came to do the job and seems to be on the roof working. Came to collect payment and promised to send a detailed receipt same evening. I have been calling and texting with no answer and then a message that his phone number is not working number anymore. I never got any receipt at all. I got home at the end of the day and realized that roof ridge was never been replaced ever. Not sure if he did actual any repairs. I have several disabilities and hard-earned money to be taken for my roof repairs.

Responded quickly. Worked on the roof and skylights. Skylights leaks repair, but the roof still leaks and cannot get a return call. Sent 2 texts and left 2 voicemails.
