Attempted to have rotted wood in several locations corrected in accordance with the warranty. Contractor initially agreed and during the visit to view the situation I mentioned the warranty and included comments about Angie's List and the BBB. Finally agreed to pay $150 toward the repairs. Contractor departed an send a nasty e-mail stating that he was threated since I mentioned Angie's List and the BBB and then stated that he would do the job at the going rate. This e-mail is available to any anyone interested. Follow up efforts failed to have the guarantee honored. Since then I have some peeling paint, rusting through the paint in many areas, soffit holes sealed by thick paint, and difficultly cleaning the gutters. This is primarily due to painting them instead of the experts knowing that the baked on enamel did not require painting. The CHIC Liquid Vinyl System in Canada has claimed to have "proven and perfected (this) system", and the Carolina Home Improvement Center is an Authorized CHIC Dealer.

It was an excellent. From the time he walked in the door, John Kelley was great. He explained his product and how it worked. He let the product recommend itself. His people were great all the way around. We are very satisfied with the job.
