Very punctual, professional, did the work on time and completed on time and I was very satisfied.

He came quickly and repaired everything to good working conditions. I thought the price was reasonable.

It went very well. He came and I explained all the concerns I had. He looked at the system I have and proceeded to run a full test . After the test he adjusted the sprinkler heads and checked each one. He did a very nice job. I learned however he was on his last day for this company. He was going to go back into the Air Force. I would however use the company.

Tex came to winterize our back flow system during the cold weather in February. We had no idea what to do. He showed us so we can handle it in the future. We had him come back to move a pipe that was installed incorrectly. His prices are very reasonable. I appreciate his professionalism.

Inspected backflow prevention valve. No hassle. Friendly. Reasonable. This is our second year and will use him again. Date of service and price are what I remember, but are close if not exact.

I called early afternoon to set an appointment, he offered to stop by within the hour to do the job. Arrived right on time - ran the inspection - replaced all covers - left site looking great.

All went fine.

Jan was so polite and professional on the phone, Tex called us back to schedule an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and treated us like family. He took care of our problem with our sprinkler system box, then moved a few sprinkler head for us.

Moved on to other vendors.

Reported on time to make estimate. Arrived on time to accomplish the job (two technicians). Cleaned up job site. Courteous and competent for all the work accomplished.

Excellent work for excellent price. He uses quality parts, and cleans up after himself. I still pleased a year later. I will call him again if I need to make any changes in the future.

In May we found that five of our lawn sprinklers were no longer working properly and we called Tex Stevens for repair. Tex did a very good job replacing two heads & adjusting/repairing three heads. He is not afraid to did deep & get dirty to get the job done. He knows the sprinkler business. Tex doesn't install sprinkler systems ... he usually repairs installed systems. He does install "drip lines", however. Our $150.00 fee also included a $35.00 annual back-flow test.
