Service was on-time as scheduled, with courtesy call to confirm time prior to visit(s). Problem was correctly diagnosed, parts ordered and installed on subsequent visit.

From start to finish Mr. Appliance was professional, courteous, and in every way a pleasure to work with. Email showing who would be providing service made my wife feel much better about allowing the repairman into the home. They even brought their own mat to wipe their feet before entering the home and wore booties to ensure the floors were not soiled. First rate in every respect.

Went well. Tech stated he would be here in 15 minutes. Arrived in 30 minutes and then sat in vehicle for over 10 minutes once he arrived. However, once inside, professional and courteous. Diagnosis of problem was relatively quick. Estimate of repair was what I felt a little high. Even though cost of visit was as quoted, I still felt that it was an excessive amount but guess that is the norm these days but then it only took no more than 45 minutes to do the damage. However, should I choose to proceed with repair, which I doubt since I can purchase a new washer for almost the cost of the repair plus the amount of time I will have to wait for deliver of repair part, the cost of the diagnosis will be applied to the overall repair. Another thing is that the verbal quote of the total repair cost was less than what appeared on the invoice balance after the diagnosis cost was applied.
