+ -1 moreGideon did not show up to our property at the scheduled appointment time, then contacted our landlord stating that he was at the house and nobody was answering. This was a complete lie, because nobody showed up at all. My boyfriend, myself, and my landlord proceeded to call him multiple times, leaving voicemails and texts, and have received no response whatsoever. He won’t answer calls, and it’s his work phone so he obviously has it on him. This was completely unprofessional and ridiculous. Don’t even waste your time hiring!
Description of Work: We needed electrical work done, however they did not show up.

+ -1 moreI have a service contract for our beach house on Castle Island,right now, they installed it when we built the house 23 years ago. They do a twice a year service contract on that one. Then on our home in Wilmington, they do the twice a year service contract on that one too. They're excellent. They usually come in the spring and in the fall. I have an annual contract with them and each of the houses are separate. They charge per unit. I have 2 units in Wilmington and 2 here. They've also replaced the heat pumps here at the beach house because they were over 20 years old.
